Contract staffing
Skilled IT people on your team, on our payroll. They work your hours and use your tools; we handle payroll, taxes, workers' comp and insurance. End with one week's notice.
Pay + 45% (pay + 40% with 3 or more contractors)
Contract-to-hire
Work together for up to 13 weeks before you commit. The conversion fee starts at 20% of salary and drops by 1/13 every full week, so after 13 weeks it's zero.
Free to convert after 13 weeks
Direct hire
You hire them from day one. We find them, screen them, and guarantee them for 90 days. One fee, due 30 days after the start date.
